Hello, my fellow artists, cartoonists, manga fans and doodlers-extraordinaire! Today, I bring you a super-easy & fun demonstration for drawing a cartoon kid. Well, not just any kid, but an evil kid. Don't you love little, mischievous troublemakers? They're fun to draw, and audiences love them. I'll show you how to put personality into your drawing, by starting out with an oversized head shape (proportions), and little features (eyes, nose, mouth and ears). This is a basic lesson in cartoon character design, and it's like putting a puzzle together. Next, we'll use the principle of squash and stretch to create the expression - that evil grin. And we'll finish that big head with a big, and funny, hairstyle. These are great characters for animation. give it a try! You don't have to get it perfectly the first time. And let me know if you have any more requests!
CAUTION: CHILDREN SHOULD USE CHILD-SAFE ART SUPPLIES.
