Programming Tip Of The Day #8: Center Div Inside Div Bootstrap, Center Div in Bootstrap 4 Column Row

07:23
Welcome all, we will see how to Center Div Inside another Div Bootstrap. Center Div in Bootstrap in One Line simply using Flex classes. center div inside another div vertically and horizontally using Bootstrap The link is here for Flexbox https://youtu.be/xkhiTRJIw1o center div inside another div bootstrap 4 Bootstrap 4 Flex Use flex classes to control the layout of Bootstrap 4 components. Flexbox The biggest difference between Bootstrap 3 and Bootstrap 4 is that Bootstrap 4 now uses flexbox, instead of floats, to handle the layout. The Flexible Box Layout Module, makes it easier to design flexible responsive layout structure without using float or positioning. Horizontal Direction Use .flex-row to display the flex items horizontally (side by side). This is default. Tip: Use .flex-row-reverse to right-align the horizontal direction: To create a flexbox container and to transform direct children into flex items, use the d-flex class: Justify Content Use the .justify-content-* classes to change the alignment of flex items. Valid classes start (default), end, center, between or around: center div inside div Hindi Guys, Please support my channel by SUBSCRIBE to my channel and share my videos in your Social Network TimeLines. How to Put a Border Around an Entire Div Box and its Pointer, Using CSS

02:01
This short tutorial is a response to the question: How to add a border around an entire div together with its arrow pointer? To put a border around a div and its arrows requires using both :before and :after pseudo classes. (If you'd like a more comprehensive video with voiceover explanations on how to do this, please let me know in the comments). Step 1: Create a div and give it a fill (white) and a border (black). Step 2: Create an arrow pointer using :after pseudo class, with the same fill color as the div (i.e. white) and append it to the div. Please see the previous tutorial in my channel on how to do this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7JwxPnYoOw&feature=gp-n-y&google_comment_id=z13svrlxolbnzve0w23vevrx4w23vta3i Step 3: Create another arrow pointer using :before pseudo class, which will go behind the :after pseudo class and become the border around the pointer. NOTE: This is a supplementary tutorial that assumes prior knowledge. To learn how to create div boxes with arrow pointers, please see the other video in my channel series.

Members of the community provide computing resources by running the client, which generates self-play games and submits them to the server. The self-play games are used to train newer networks. After just four hours of training, DeepMind estimated AlphaZero was playing at a higher Elo rating than Stockfish; after 9 hours of training, the algorithm decisively defeated Stockfish 8 in a time-controlled 100-game tournament (28 wins, 0 losses, and 72 draws).[1][2][3] The trained algorithm played on a single machine with four TPUs. ... CSS Tutorial — Colors, Hex, RGB, RGBA, Predefined Colors (4/13)

04:24
CSS Tutorial — Colors, Hex, RGB, RGBA, Predefined Colors (4/13) Colors are probably the most effective, obvious way for you to communicate with your audience. You can add colors to several places on your page: For example: text color, Which in CSS is just Color. It’s what we’ve been using so far. Color: Red, right? .. Hello? Are you awake?... Good ;) background-color: changes the background of that element Or border-color: same thing for border. Let’s change the background color for example. I can say select the body tag. Change background-color to red. Gross. But it works. So the value can be the color name in English, like red, or blue, or green. What if I want a lighter red. There’s no official lighter red! Lighter by how much? Well then you can use Color values that are more specific. For example HEX values. HEXADECIMAL LIFE. Every color you can possibly think of has a HEX value. You can get pretty specific with these. And in most cases you will. They’re a little weird but you don’t have to remember them, you can just click on this box in chrome dev tools and use this awesome color wheel to choose exactly the color that you want. Or if you work with a designer they’ll hopefully give you these values. They start with a # followed by 6 numbers. So this for example is how you set the color to red using HEX. This is HEX for red. The reason HEX values exist is because there are far more colors available than we can describe in english. So, you can define the color using it’s HEX value instead of plain english. I’ve been using a website called ColourLovers.com for many years. You can find amazing combinations of colors on there, including their HEX value. You can also use RGB values. If you’re a designer you know what I’m talking about. RGB stands for red green blue. Each value goes from 0 to 255 and represents each basic color. RED, GREEN, BLUE. You can create all the colors in the world that your eyes could possibly see with RGB. Notice in Chrome Dev tools you can see the RGB value as well as HEX. So you say color, rgb, and in parenthesis you add 3 values separated by a comma. There’s also RGBA and this is a big one, it’s for advanced programmers, so hold on to your butts. That’s red green blue alpha. The Alpha channel is the transparency level of your color.  Or the opacity level. Meaning how much can you see through the color? By default all colors are at 100%. So you can’t see through them. So their Alpha value is 1. It goes from 0 to 1. So if you change the alpha value to say .5, that means 50%, .2 means 20%. Again, You can go from 0 to 1. And the default is 1. 100% There are other ways to specify color like HSL (Hue, Saturation, Lightness). Or HWB (Hue, Whiteness, Blackness). I’ve personally never used either, there might even be other ways but most people use HEX or RGB and so for the purposes of this course we won’t use anything else. You can read more about Colors on W3Schools if you’re that obsessed. Good luck to you. So anywhere you can add a color you can use any of these values. Now, instead of showing you some lame little example, we’re gonna give colors to your profile page, the one that you built in the HTML Basics course. If you don’t have it, that’s ok, you can either go back and make it or go to this URL on ColorCode’s github account and get it. Click on this download button and you can get a ZIP file that has the HTML template. Also,  make sure to follow ColorCode on Github so you see the updates. So, my friend, let’s go Color some stuff.

CSS - Blurred Background

07:49
There's a mistake in the video about 'translate' in '.blurred-bg-container .blur'. The correct calculation is given by : "- [cl - (cw/2)] % , -[ct - (ch/2)] %", not by "(100/cl) x (100-cw) %, (100/ct) x (100-ch) %" This works for both mobile and desktop. This won’t work in IE as CSS filters do not work in IE. Code used [Updated on 16th Oct 2018] : https://codepen.io/zFunx/pen/jYpYmG Read in detail : https://web.zfunx.xyz/blurred-background/ There's a simple way to achieve this effect : https://youtu.be/1yCGUe8w5oA . Leela Zero is a free and open-source computer Go software released on 25 October 2017. It is developed by Belgian programmer Gian-Carlo Pascutto,[1][2][3] the author of chess engine Sjeng and Go engine Leela.[4][5] Leela Zero's algorithm is based on DeepMind's 2017 paper about AlphaGo Zero.[3][6] Unlike the original Leela, which has a lot of human knowledge and heuristics programmed into it, Leela Zero only knows the basic rules and nothing more.[7] Leela Zero is trained by a distributed effort, which is coordinated at the Leela Zero website. Members of the community provide computing resources by running the client, which generates self-play games and submits them to the server. The self-play games are used to train newer networks. Generally, over 500 clients have connected to the server to contribute resources.[7] The community has provided high quality code contributions as well.[7] Leela Zero finished third at the BerryGenomics Cup World AI Go Tournament in Fuzhou, Fujian, China on 28 April 2018.[8] Additionally, in early 2018 the same team branched Leela Chess Zero from the same code base, also to verify the methods in the AlphaZero paper as applied to the game of chess. AlphaZero's use of Google TPUs was replaced by a crowd-sourcing infrastructure and the ability to use graphics card GPUs via the OpenCL library. Even so, it is expected to take a year of crowd-sourced training to make up for the dozen hours that AlphaZero was allowed to train for its chess match in the paper.[9] Info about Alphazero: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AlphaZero AlphaZero is a computer program developed by the Alphabet-owned AI research company DeepMind, which uses an approach similar to AlphaGo Zero's to master not just Go, but also chess and shogi. On December 5, 2017 the DeepMind team released a preprint introducing AlphaZero, which, within 24 hours, achieved a superhuman level of play in these three games by defeating world-champion programs, Stockfish, elmo, and the 3-day version of AlphaGo Zero, in each case making use of custom tensor processing units (TPUs) that the Google programs were optimized to make use of.[1] AlphaZero was trained solely via "self-play" using 5,000 first-generation TPUs to generate the games and 64 second-generation TPUs to train the neural networks, all in parallel, with no access to opening books or endgame tables. After just four hours of training, DeepMind estimated AlphaZero was playing at a higher Elo rating than Stockfish; after 9 hours of training, the algorithm decisively defeated Stockfish 8 in a time-controlled 100-game tournament (28 wins, 0 losses, and 72 draws).[1][2][3] The trained algorithm played on a single machine with four TPUs. ... Relation to AlphaGo Zero Further information: AlphaGo Zero AlphaZero (AZ) is a more generalized variant of the AlphaGo Zero (AGZ) algorithm, and is able to play shogi and chess as well as Go. Differences between AZ and AGZ include:[1] AZ has hard-coded rules for setting search hyperparameters. The neural network is now updated continually. Go (unlike Chess) is symmetric under certain reflections and rotations; AlphaGo Zero was programmed to take advantage of these symmetries. AlphaZero is not. Chess can end in a draw unlike Go; therefore AlphaZero can take into account the possibility of a drawn game. Programming Tip Of The Day #1 : Differences Between RGB vs RGBA | CSS3 Color

10:40
Welcome all, This is my 1st video on Programming Tip Of The Day. we will see Differences Between RGB vs RGBA color. Which is the part of CSS3 Color. RGB is a 3-channel format containing data for Red, Green, and Blue. RGBA is a 4-channel format containing data for Red, Green, Blue, and Alpha. There is no use to the Alpha channel other than making the color transparent/opaque (or partially transparent; translucent). In CSS, rgb() had wide browser support for several years before rgba() received the same level of support. This is one reason you will find more rgb() in CSS than rgba(). The other reason is that translucency isn't something you typically use everywhere. You might find an RGB value packed into 16 bits, with 5 bits for Blue and Red, and 6 bits for Green (green gets more bits because the eye is more discerning to shades of green). You might also find an RGBA value packed into 16 bits, with 5 bits for each color and 1 bit for alpha. With one bit, you can only make the color fully transparent or not transparent at all. Typically nowadays, you'll find RGB and RGBA packed into 32 bit values, with 8 bits for each color, and 8 bits for alpha (or left blank for RGB). In CSS, the designers decided to use values 0-255 (the range for an 8 bit value) for the Red, Green, and Blue, but they use a value between 0.0 and 1.0 for the Alpha channel. The actual byte format for the color is irrelevant to web developers. In my experience, neither rgb() nor rgba() are used very often in CSS. Hex colors are way more dominant, and predated them by several more years. HSL is actually a much better format for working with colors and is supported in CSS (IE9+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and in Opera 10+.). rgb is standard rgb values (red, green, blue) rgba is standard rgb values (red, green, blue + Alpha (aka opacity)) You will not find any color variations. RGBA is a css3 color property. As older browser support may be limited, you may want to use a fallback color as such: CSS: div { background-color: rgb(200, 54, 54); /* The Fallback */ background-color: rgba(200, 54, 54, 0.5); } Guys, Please support my channel by SUBSCRIBE to my channel and share my videos in your Social Network TimeLines. FLEXBOX TUTORIAL IN HINDI | FLEXBOX CLASSES IN BOOTSTRAP 4 FOR RESPONSIVE WEB PAGES

18:34
Welcome all, we will see FLEXBOX TUTORIAL IN HINDI | FLEXBOX CLASSES IN BOOTSTRAP 4 FOR RESPONSIVE WEB PAGES. Bootstrap 4 Flex Use flex classes to control the layout of Bootstrap 4 components. Flexbox The biggest difference between Bootstrap 3 and Bootstrap 4 is that Bootstrap 4 now uses flexbox, instead of floats, to handle the layout. To create a flexbox container and to transform direct children into flex items, use the d-flex class: Horizontal Direction Use .flex-row to display the flex items horizontally (side by side). This is default. Tip: Use .flex-row-reverse to right-align the horizontal direction: Vertical Direction Use .flex-column to display the flex items vertically (on top of each other), or .flex-column-reverse to reverse the vertical direction: Justify Content Use the .justify-content-* classes to change the alignment of flex items. Valid classes are start (default), end, center, between or around: Order Change the visual order of a specific flex item(s) with the .order classes. Valid classes are from 0 to 12, where the lowest number has highest priority (order-1 is shown before order-2, etc..): Wrap Control how flex items wrap in a flex container with .flex-nowrap (default), .flex-wrap or .flex-wrap-reverse. Align Content Control the vertical alignment of gathered flex items with the .align-content-* classes. Valid classes are .align-content-start (default), .align-content-end, .align-content-center, .align-content-between, .align-content-around and .align-content-stretch. Note: These classes have no effect on single rows of flex items. Align Items Control the vertical alignment of single rows of flex items with the .align-items-* classes. Valid classes are .align-items-start, .align-items-end, .align-items-center, .align-items-baseline, and .align-items-stretch (default). Align Self Control the vertical alignment of a specified flex item with the .align-self-* classes. Valid classes are .align-self-start, .align-self-end, .align-self-center, .align-self-baseline, and .align-self-stretch (default). flexbox tutorial for beginners Guys, Please support my channel by SUBSCRIBE to my channel and share my videos in your Social Network TimeLines. A "Template" is a style that has no colorization. Everything (all CSS colors, all Icons, etc.) are just shades of grey. When you create a new style from a Template, you use hue, luminance, and saturation sliders to adjust the color of your new style. This video shows how this is done.

In this video, we look at another way of setting colours in CSS. Aside from using colour names like "blue" and Hex colours like "#00FF00", CSS3 adds another colour property called the RGBA. RGBA stands for Red Green Blue Alpha, and is similar to hex colours in the sense that you use the colours red green & blue to set custom colours. The alpha is used to set the opacity value of your colour, which makes life a whole lot easier for web developers.
