Acknowledging the changes taking place in the retail banking space and the need to keep the staff upto date with relevant information, the Institute is pleased to announce a Certificate Course on Digital Banking.
The book has been designed keeping the needs of the Bankers in mind.
Covering product features of different types of Alternate Delivery Channels, the book also deals with back-end operations and technology, frauds prevention measures, etc. It also has a separate module on Payment Systems.
