How To Use A Nasal Spray | How To Use Nasal Spray Correctly | Proper Nasal Spray Technique | How To Use Decongestant Nasal Spray | How To Use Steroid Nasal Spray Hey all, this weeks video is my favourite video I've made so far! Let me know how you get on with my nasal spray guide by leaving a comment below. If you have any friends or family who would also benefit from this video then feel free to spread the word. Thanks for watching. WHAT ARE NASAL SPRAYS: Nasal sprays are a solution or suspension of medicine. They are sprayed into the nostrils, usually to produce a local effect directly inside the nose. Some nasal sprays are used to administer medicine that acts on other parts of the body. In these cases the medicine is absorbed into the bloodstream from the lining of the nose, which is rich in blood vessels. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: • Do not share nasal sprays with other people. • Decongestant nasal sprays should not be used for longer than 5-7 days, as this can cause the nasal congestion to come back (rebound congestion). • EXPIRY: never use your nasal spray after the expiry date as it may be contaminated with dirt or bacteria. Follow the printed instructions given with your spray. Write the date you open your nasal spray on the bottle so you know when to throw it away. • Always use the nasal spray according to the printed label or as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. • Your nasal spray should be cleaned at least once a week, or more frequently if it becomes blocked. Follow the printed instructions supplied with the spray. • Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you accidentally take more than you were supposed to. • Nasal sprays are only intended for use in the nose and must not be taken by mouth. • Once you have finished the treatment course, carefully dispose of any leftover nasal spray, or return it to your pharmacist for disposal. • Always keep medicines out of the reach of children. If you have any further questions please speak to your pharmacist. Want to see more videos about everything health and pharmacy? Let me know in the comments below. How To Cure a Sinus Infection With a Homemade Neti Pot

04:55
In this video I show you how to cure a sinus infection with a homemade neti pot. Subscribe for more helpful videos on random subjects! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=UClZqTakBVD829nt0MnuNXtA Buy relevant products here: Hydrogen Peroxide: 🛒 https://amzn.to/2LajZb0 (Amazon USA) 🛒 https://amzn.to/2S1qvJn (Amazon UK) 🛒 https://amzn.to/2Sl2z2N (Amazon Canada) Neilmed Sinus Rinse: 🛒 https://amzn.to/2vZ9YZs (Amazon USA) 🛒 https://amzn.to/2HNACga (Amazon UK) 🛒 https://amzn.to/2t0sqPl (Amazon Canada) (Links support my channel) This the home remedy which I successfully used to get rid of a severe bout of sinusitis, without having to visit a doctor. In this video I show you how you can make your own 'neti pot' from a plastic bottle, which you can disinfect yourself. The administration of the solution is actually very similar to a NielMed Sinus Rinse Kit, as the cleansing solution is administered into your sinuses via positive pressure. I also show you how you can mix your own saline solution with which to irrigate your sinuses. This flushes out mucus and helps your nasal 'cilia' function normally again. I went from having sinus pain, facial pain and difficulty breathing (which lasted 8 days or so) to waking up being able to breathe, the morning after I used this technique the first time. I couldn't believe how much better I felt! Within a couple more days, and several more nasal irrigations, my sinuses were back to feeling perfectly normal. Nasal irrigation has been used in various cultures over the centuries and has gained popularity in the West in recent years. You can read more about nasal irrigation in this wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasal_irrigation I hope this is as useful for you as it is for me. I know I will be using this sinusitis treatment technique again the next time I have sinusitis, or any other type of sinus congestion. I believe that this sinusitis treatment may help people suffering from many different types of sinus problems, and the response to this video appears to confirm that. I do recommend that you consult with your doctor or physician prior to carrying out any kind of medical self-help. Always fact check anything you see on YouTube regarding your health (just like I did). This technique definitely works for me and I wish I discovered it years ago! Many people watch something and get obsessed with it, please don't.... Remember that the mix shown in this video(with onions, garlic, peeled potatoes and other ingredients) is a soup and not the mix to add to your Nasal wash! The story behind this video: The little girl in the video has previously used antibiotics to help her treat recurrent sinus infections. Unfortunately, because this family lives in an area where the humidity level can be as high as 95%, fungus and mould develop all around and spread through the air. The only effective method they have managed to find to keep their daughter free from Sinus infection was to use this Nasal Wash from Nasopure. The parents in this video have done their job right, they went to see a doctor, tried antibiotics but due to the local humidity level and recurrent infection, giving multiple times antibiotics yearly to their child was not a good option due to IBD problems running in the family.

Just follow these simple steps and we'll have you feeling better, faster. First, blow your nose to get the mucous out. Take a quick look down, like you're reading a book. Now, use the opposite hand to nostril and insert the nozzle straight back and aim outward away from the middle part of your nose. Most doctors suggest just a spray or two. Then, switch hands and repeat on the other side. You don't want to sniff or blow your nose immediately after using your medicine. You'll lose the good stuff that needs to stay put!

Saline Nasal Spray For Nasal Allergy - Dr Paulose FRCS (ENT)

04:32
WARNING: Graphic Content. Viewer discretion is advised. -------//------- There are different types of saline nasal spray available, the most common is a salt water solution packaged in a spray bottle. Saline nasal spray provides moisture to dry, irritated or plugged nasal passages. The moisture, typically a salt and water solution, helps soften and dissolve the thick mucus that blocks airflow or causes discomfort. Nasal sprays and nasal washes help the body to flush out allergens from the upper respiratory tract. Removing these proteins and allergy triggers reduces the number of allergic reactions during allergy season. Simple way clean baby's nose when the baby gets rhinitis

00:48
Share this with your friends !!! This is the way to clean baby's nose when the baby gets rhinitis. You need 2 stuffs: 1. Injection needle (10ml, dont use the 20ml one 'cause its too big for the baby and it will cause the otitis). 2. Bottle of eyewash - Natri Clorid (same type with sea water using to clean baby's nose). You assemble the tiny cork of eyewash bottle to the injection needle after absorbing the sea water into the needle. Then, spay into baby's nose as the video. As the comment above, the baby wont be choke and this manner can clean the nose and baby can breath easier. rhinitis; sinusitis; sinus infection; sinus; sinus infection symptoms; hay fever; pollen count; allergies; headaches; asthma symptoms; allergic reaction; sinus headache; dust mites; allergy; nosefrida; nasal polyps; allergy symptoms; allergic rhinitis; gluten intolerance; rinitis; allergy medicine; gluten allergy; asthma treatment; runny nose; stuffy nose; nasal spray; sinus pressure; chronic sinusitis; sinusitis symptoms; hayfever; ymptoms of sinus infection; kin allergy; inus rinse; inus surgery; ood allergies; sinus pain; easonal allergies; atex allergy; locked nose; inus infection treatment peanut allergy; line nasal spray; pirator; nusitis treatment
Adult flushing congested nose with syringe of salt water. Adult Viral Asian baby method.

01:25
After seeing a Facebook video of a mom flushing out her daughters sinuses with a syringe filled with saline solution, I thought I'd try it. I will leave a warning: be careful if you try this. You could become aspirated, and it also has been associated with an amoeba. Afterward, I actually have had an ear infection, tons of fluid in my inner ear, and sinus infections. If you have tried this previously, please let me know how it worked for you. I myself will not be trying this on my children, as I am guessing it will fail as miserably as it did on me. Sinus Rinse for Infants

01:43
So many of my young mom friends have babies with colds that I shot a video of me cleaning my 3 month old 7th baby's nose this afternoon. He couldn't breathe to nurse before the rinse. I dissolved 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodized sea salt in 1 cup of warm distilled water and use a bulb syringe to gently squirt the solution though his nose while holding him over the sink. He was happy this time, but he isn't always. Here's to babies who can breathe while they sleep or nurse or suck a pacifier! Update: We use a pediatric NeilMed sinus rinse squeeze bottle (http://tinyurl.com/hd785lk) instead of the bulb syringe now and love it! The adult one was recommended to us by our ENT doctor. For those who have read this far here are some responses to comments I have received: I'm not crazy. Lots of people rinse their sinuses this way. I have done this to myself and all my other children. My husband cleans his sinuses like this daily. It does not hurt or burn. My children feel much better afterwards when they can breathe! I know the bulb syringes weren't designed for this. I was improvising until I found the Pediatric NeilMed bottle. The bulb syringe is new and does not have mold inside. The water is running to wash the snot down the drain and off my fingers. I'm not contaminating his mouth by wiping my finger in it after I wipe his nose. The same mucus that is coming out of his nose is in his mouth. I'm wiping it out so he doesn't swallow it and get an upset stomach. I'm not a doctor. I'm not giving medical advice. I'm sharing how we clean out congested sinuses.

Is it safe to use nasal drops in infants? - Dr. G R Subhash K Reddy

02:36
Yes, you can use nasal drops in children. Don’t get scared about it. Only thing is what concentration you are using and which type you are using. Preferably saline. Any nasivion or saline nasal drops if it comes in the concentration of normal saline 0.65% ,that should be good. How you apply into the nose is very important. Don’t go straight and just put it into the nose. It trickles down into the posterior pharynx area and your child will start coughing. Always put the drops in the side and it trickles slowly down and clears your airways. One drop and two drop is more. Don’t go on doing it and especially if the nose is blocked and you want to feed the child, then child will not take the feed because the nose is blocked. Use a nasal drops one drop on each side. Leave it for a minute or two, it gets cleared and the nasal drops slowly trickles down. The nose gets cleared, and then you start feeding. Don’t use it frequently. As much as possible give feeds and keep the room warm. If you live in a cold area, then it may help you. If you feed your baby then it regurgitates, it’s not vomiting, it comes through the nose and the nose becomes very irritating and curd formation of the milk will be there. In this case also you can use nasal drops. As much as possible, stick to saline nasal drops. That will do.
