Nate: Ok after this I'm getting a dog
Sully: If we pull this off I'll buy you the damm dog
Nate: can I name it Victor
In the end of uncharted 4 Nate buys a dog but it's a female so he name's her Vicky
I'm glad last years model Elena Fisher became the permanent model. What a perfect couple these 2 are. The chemistry is off the charts and Elena's sexy allure, sexy voice, all around sexiness and perfect wife'ness is just amazing tbh. She is the ideal woman.
Dear Nate, Elena, Sully, Chloe, Charly and Nadine... Thank you for having so much fun, adventure and drama too. Thank you for being a part of your world. Thank you for experience this Uncharted story. Let the journey never ends! :) kindly regards Eye
"So....a pirate walks into a bar. And he's got this steering wheel sticking out of his crotch. So the bartender goes, 'hey man what's with the wheel?' And the pirate says back, 'arrrrrr it's drivin' me nuts!' Ehahah...ahhhh I love that one."
"Don't make me leave you out here."
One of my favourites is in uncharted 1 when Nate finds the remains of the submarine's captain.
The dialogue is something along the lines of
Nate: "I'm in the captain's cabin, and he's still here"
Sully: "What do you mean?"
N: "He was killed, more like shredded to pieces. Horrible way to die"
S: "Yeah, it's horrible (pause). Check his bag"
N: "You're a man of heart Sully!"
I was playing Part 2 (Among Thieves) in stealth mode totally quiet like a pro and feeling like James Bond until the "there's a guy below you" part came...
Spit out my drink, died laughing. Way to go. This scene made it totally worth buying the whole game :D and the "marco" - "polo" moment, too <3
Sully: I'm not going down there without some hardware.
Elena: Go talk to that rug merchant we just passed.
Sully: No, guns, weapons?
Elena: He's not really a rug merchant.
Bad day, bad day, bad day!!!
The Genius Who Invented Economics Blogging Reveals How He Got Everything Right And Whats Coming Next.
Bill McBride, Calculated Risk The economics blogosphere was invented in early 2005 by a retired technology executive in Southern California named Bill McBride.
Thank God for that, because his blog, Calculated Risk, has been an invaluable and influential read for numerous reasons.
For one thing, its always been right. In its early days, when we all started reading it, it was way ahead of the curve in terms of warning about the housing bubble, horrible bank lending practices, and generally the economic collapse. From his perch in Newport Beach, CA he could see first hand the people taking out loans worth 10x their income, filling their Inland Empire garages with Harleys and Boats that they obviously couldnt afford.
But unlike many other bloggers who made a name during the crisis, he didnt stick with the doom and gloom message. He started making arguments for a GDP rebound in 2009.
Then in February of this year, he made his most important call: He announced: The Housing Bottom Is Here . McBride had officially come full circle from his days warning of housing collapse. Today, 8 months later, the housing bottom is becoming general consensus.
In addition to being correct on the economy, Calculated Risk has imparted the internet with other good practices, such as dutifully charting out the data, and examining data in an impartial, apolitical, non-hysterical manner.
