So many comments saying "wow am I glad to live in (insert European country) where guns are illegal and all mah healthcare is free!" without mentioning their outrageous tax rates, stabbings, acid attacks, etc.
lmao gotta love america where through no fault of your own you're assaulted, injured, traumatized and then forced to pay 400 grand. in the rest of the world, we have this thing called justice and empathy, so if someone tries to kill you, you dont have to remortgage your house three times.
To all the people who think that universal healthcare is amazing and great, even though literally any Canadian will tell you that it isn't (like me), just realize that the three countries with the best healthcare in the world are: Australia, America, and Japan. And Healthcare in each of these countries work with private healthcare providers. So, yes. It would be cheaper to get shot in Canada and the UK, it's also generally a lot more lethal when it does happen. So how about you sit down, shut the fuck up and stop pretending like universal healthcare actually means "free/amazing healthcare" because it actually doesn't!
My take away from this viddya is if I'm going to be shot I need to be shot in Canada because it isn't the US. Is there a waiting list in Canada for normal and simple surgery like hip or knee replacement to alleviate chronic pain? Keep in mind this is an OUTPATIENT procedure in the US. A buddy of mine had to wait 6 weeks after he was told he needed hip replacement surgery. What's the wait time for this type of routine surgery in Canada? Yeah, it's a rhetorical question. "Free" healthcare is awesome so long as you aren't in severe pain and just need an aspirin.
se te olvido poner que cuando te disparan no se siente de inmediato se siente parecido a un quemadura luego se siente todo.
you forget that when you are shot you do not feel immediately you feel like a burn then you feel everything.
Are you working again ... it's got to be the stupid ass f***** part of the movie .... Yeah the neighbors heard like multiple gunshots going off and this guy comes up to the door like okay and leaves only if that was that simple
I been shot few weeks ago while sitting in my car, 3 bullets from 2 meter distance, one of the bullets gone through the back of my seat and scratched my back a little! The conclusion is nobody dies before his time, I'm thankful to God.
I’m friends great grand father fought in WW2. A sniper shot him right square in the head. But he didn’t feel it. Everyone after they shot the sniper. Was like WHAT THE F**K. He was like what? And they said he just got sniped in the head. He said he didn’t feel it. And my friend still has the helmet and the den in it too. But it’s still really weird that’s some fortnite glitch sh**
In the US there's something called insurance premiums. After you spend say $2,000 on hospital bills, the insurance will cover the rest. It depends on your plan etc. If your really poor, you can get Obamacare or some states, like Wisconsin and Vermont also have state sponsored healthcare for the poor.
I know a guy, who lives in a gangster hood, got shot twice in the stomach. Now he's abs are like, uh, a fat cow. His muscles got destroyed. He is cool though, but still, he got shot twice and survived. He is only 15-16.
You forgot one gruesome detail, when you get shot blood seeps into your chest and out of your mouth so if the gun shot doesn’t kill you you’ll likely choke on your own blood, or just bleed to death from the wound
I got shot 9 times when I was 19! My 1st hospital bill was 72,666.66! Krazy right it fukd my head up when my nova brought it to the hospital 2 show me! So u dnt wanna kno about the other 2 bills!!!..#welldamn!!!...KING
For all of you wandering my uncle was shot in the leg and at first he didnt even notice it, he told me its quick but u can feel the hot sharp pain and it doesnt really start hurting until later on. Its alot worse if it doesnt make an exit, u dont want a bullet in you if that wasn’t obviously.
The Genius Who Invented Economics Blogging Reveals How He Got Everything Right And Whats Coming Next.
Bill McBride, Calculated Risk The economics blogosphere was invented in early 2005 by a retired technology executive in Southern California named Bill McBride.
Thank God for that, because his blog, Calculated Risk, has been an invaluable and influential read for numerous reasons.
For one thing, its always been right. In its early days, when we all started reading it, it was way ahead of the curve in terms of warning about the housing bubble, horrible bank lending practices, and generally the economic collapse. From his perch in Newport Beach, CA he could see first hand the people taking out loans worth 10x their income, filling their Inland Empire garages with Harleys and Boats that they obviously couldnt afford.
But unlike many other bloggers who made a name during the crisis, he didnt stick with the doom and gloom message. He started making arguments for a GDP rebound in 2009.
Then in February of this year, he made his most important call: He announced: The Housing Bottom Is Here . McBride had officially come full circle from his days warning of housing collapse. Today, 8 months later, the housing bottom is becoming general consensus.
In addition to being correct on the economy, Calculated Risk has imparted the internet with other good practices, such as dutifully charting out the data, and examining data in an impartial, apolitical, non-hysterical manner.
